| Thanks guys!
Going great Rick! How abouts you?
Larry, so far I like it a ton. I just popped a new esc in it. Seems to be a great choice. When my 3 cell lipo finally comes I will have a better idea. It really needs some narrower off set wheels and a new chassis would help.

| Matt, I have lots of other rides. They just don't get used much lol
Rick, Ive had the pede for a few years. That old Ford truck body got chopped up last year and put on the Axial.
Mike, Ive always prefer d electric over nitro...guess I'm just old school like that.
Larry Im thinking of either the Kamikaze or jpcustoms chassis. As far as esc, I put a Tekin FX-R in it last night. Awesome little thing. It can handle a 3 cell lipo(w/over 35t motors) and its totally programmable. Oh and its tiny!

| Well I started with a hornet and then rc10 way back. I stopped with RCs until about 6 years ago. Then one time a buddy and I went camping for 2 weeks. He had just got a new rc10 and I played with it non stop. We decided 2 batteries were not enough. So we found a hobby shop about 40 miles from the camp ground. lol Well getting a couple of batteries I saw an e-rustler, they only carried Traxxas. And I was like "an rc thats RTR(what does that mean? lol) for $129". Well you know what I walked out with. Since then its been a non stop obsession. I bought a few more rides, then my first nitro was an MGT. I was always on rcu looking for help with it. I met 2 super guys there. Our "off topic" post were always getting deleted. So we started GP-RC.com Now I live with the guy( and his gf and dog pretty much lol) that got me back into it. The funny thing is he only still has an rc10. I have cars, trucks, helis, and planes all over the house. lol I think he gets sick of seeing them sometimes. wow sorry for the ramble. Guess that should ansewer your question hehe edit; here is my favorite ride ever(and its nitro.....go figure lol). I sold it a year ago, huge mistake but bought the one above last month. This thing was pimped to the max! I did actually manage to get about a 3rd off the money I put into it. ok sorry for the long post.....Im bored. | |
