| Well not the worst $15.00 I ever spent, was discribed as a hunk of junk not worth anything. I said its a start lol I cut some old pede rims I had laying around and made a set of wheels, now to get some black water pipe and make some drift tires. I do not care for the body but its what I have for now lol The chassis tub is hacked but still ridgid enough, but will in time be replaced, they are cheap. It does have full bearings and the aluminum shaft, may have been an old TT-01D or just slightly upgraded. Well like I said its a start. First 2 things I need to find for it is a 21 turn motor, and a motor mount, and I could make it run with the XL-1 esc I have ROFL | |

| Well picked up a body at the local indoor lawnsale. But its too big. Well time to put on my modeling hat and do some body work. Well tonight I did get it cut and shortened. This thing is full of lights, headlights. Tail lights. And lighted speakers in the back dash. And the back window is intact as is the wing, and both side mirrors. Will take a little time and body work to get all the lines rite but I think it will look cool as a drifter when its done. | |

|
are you taking any precautions on your diffs to make sure thy dont go BOOOM!?
When I get the new chassis I'll be checking over everything, but will most likely be locking the diffs for drifting, its all I really plan on doing with this car. Well bored so desided to start in with some scale detail, and fixed the battery strap. Should look pretty sweet with some nice rims. Also got things tidied up a little. Need to get to work on the body lol | |

| Out a little time in it tonight, got one side pretty much ready for the 1500 grit wet sanding. Another coat of body filler applied, sanded out, and got side windows cut out. Slapped a quick coat os paint on it so I could see whats going on with it. On to the pics Little more work on the trim over the window and this side is pretty much done other than wet sanding. The side loover looks great and I'm done with it other than finish sanding The other side is still needing some work on the loover but the door is looking pretty good and the window trim is close to done. Hope to get a little more done this weekend after x-mas is done lol | |

| Well like I said the paint job was an EPIC FAIL, paint just would not stay in place, severe orange peal, awfull runs, and the red they used on it from company even bled through. I have a lot of sanding ahead of me. I'll get it fixed up, sanded out, body work I see I'm not happy with fixed, and get the proper paints for next time. Until then, yesterday I was in the Dollar Store and...................................................... v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v v vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv In comes AMERICAN MUSCLE Got it on the 50% off rack, brand new never even put batteries in the car before ripping the body off of it ROFL Its a hard plastic but kind of a flexable plastic, I almost think it would dent or bend before breaking. | |
